Porada

As I've already mentioned several times - it's great to live in a great city (i.e. Prague) as it makes other people come here to feel its greatness. And when they do so, they let you know and you meet one evening and, may be, then for another and the feeling of doing so is just great (smile)!

Friday and Monday evenings were of those kinds when I met Andriy Porada, person who was heading AIESEC in Ternopil for two years when I joined the organization and person who handed over the LCP's (Local Committee President's) responsibilities to me. I remember the hand-over lasted exactly for 1 hour or so at his rented flat on Berezhans'ka street (smile).

But that's a history. The present consisted of a great evening in the city, we first joined him, his girlfriend and her brother at very touristy and Czech "U Medvidku" and then had a walk around before ending in "The Pub" in Prague 1, great place to try something special - a table with 4 pipes for the beer and electronic system of counting how many litres you drank. There were some other cool things about the place, but this would come later in some other posts (smile).

After "The Pub" all "guests" were tired and walked back to the hotel near Ujezd. As it was Friday evening, Yuliya and I decided to stop at our favourite "Al Capone" for a cocktail or too. I guess that was the reason we get to Žinany late in the afternoon (smile).

On Monday we met again around 9p.m. and we showed them another great beer place "Pivovarský Klub" at Křižíkova. We had couple of Czech local beers not usually found even in supermarkets and a nice pub chat time about our common friends, life, work, hops production and, I'm sure, something else less or more important (smile).

Great times in a great city!
