More June friends in Prague

June has been a great month in regards to feeding "seeing friends" hunger.

I had the chance to meet my old AIESEC friend Sasha Demenko. He had been in Ukrainian AIESEC National Committee when I had just joined the organization in 2001. We had met several times during the conferences, he had come to Ternopil to provide us with all the necessary AIESEC knowledge. We had kept in touch when he had left for his internship in Latvia, had met when he had lived in Kyiv afterwards and had left for another AIESEC internship in Belgium.

Demenko came to Prague for his business trip. Actually he was here with the breaks for two or more week and we went out to drink beer two or three times. Two definite ones happened in Riegrovy Sady where we also watched The World Cup. The last time we were there, Germans were playing someone and the atmosphere was just incredible. Bundesteam won and most of people were really happy (smile). Agnieszka with her friends and Shrek also joined us for this occasion.

For the end of June we had our trip to Venice and Bologna planned. Evening before the departure we met Sashko Yakymchuk and Mariana P'yatkivs'ka, also an AIESEC couple with whom Yuliya had worked together and I just knew them very well (smile). As they came as part of the tourist tour, we had a very limited 1h to have a quick beer next to Vltava before seeing guys off for the boat tour.
Was quick but still really nice to see friends. As I had already told many time, Prague was a perfect place for that (smile).
